Gevu started as the system Seawolf, a UK cleaning company, built to run its own sites, staff and payroll. It’s in daily use and still in beta, so you get early prices and a direct line to the people building it.
- Your data is yours. Only people you invite can see it. Stored in the EU, export or delete it any time.

- No lock-in. Monthly plans, cancel any time. Price rises come with 30 days’ notice.
Questions owners ask
What happens after the free trial?
Nothing is charged. After 10 days you choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, the account locks and your data is kept safe until you decide. No card is needed to start.
Can a competitor see my clients or prices?
No. Your clients, prices and staff are visible only to people you invite. Gevu is run by Seawolf Facilities Services Ltd, which also runs a cleaning company, so we take this seriously: our terms only let us use your data to run the service, platform support only opens an account to fix a problem and every time it does is logged, and we never use one customer's data to win work for another.
Where is my data kept?
The database and files are stored in the EU (Ireland). You can export your data or delete your account at any time.
Moving everything over sounds like a lot of work.
Start with one site and add the rest as you go. Send us your client and staff lists as a spreadsheet and we will help you set the account up.
Will my cleaners actually use an app?
They use it to clock in, see their shifts, follow the checklist and watch their wages build up. It runs on Android, with iPhone in beta. Clocking in on site is also their proof they were there.
It says beta. What does that mean?
It is in daily use and still being built. Prices now are early prices and will go up. When they do, you get at least 30 days' notice and can cancel before it applies. Annual plans keep their price until renewal.
Is it worth it with only one or two cleaners?
Maybe not yet. If a diary and a spreadsheet work for you, keep them. It pays off once you have a few staff, more than one site and clients who want proof. The Starter plan is there for when you grow into it.
Do I sign a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel any time from Billing.
